Q1. Does the BONX earphone come with a warranty?

A1. The earphone has a one-year warranty. If your earphone needs to be repaired or replaced, you will need two things: proof of purchase (e.g. e-mail message) and the warranty that is enclosed in the package. For details, please see Troubleshooting: 3. Damaged BONX earphone.

Q2. I dropped it in water. What should I do?

A2. Since the BONX earphone is compliant only to IPX5 (water splashes), immersion in water will cause malfunction. Wipe off the water thoroughly and open the back cover. Wipe the USB connector until it is completely dry. After it dries completely, recharge it.

Note that water immersion damage is not covered by the warranty.

Q3. My BONX is not working properly. How can I get it repaired?

A3. For any problems not caused by the user,

there is a one-year warranty. If you want to repair it under warranty, inquire here.

However, any damages or problems caused by the user cannot be repaired.
