You can use the test feature on the BONX earpiece to test the connection status.

Select Settings Menu > Test BONX earpiece

1. BONX connection status: BX2xxxxx, not connected

--> Make sure your Bluetooth is turned on, and check the BONX earpiece serial number. For details, see (4-1).

2. Press the Play Button to see if sound plays from the speaker.
--> If there is no sound, see Troubleshooting.

3. Speak out loud and see if the level meter reacts.
--> If it does not react, see Troubleshooting.
