If the product fails to meet its appropriate functions during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it with no charge. Warranty period: One year from date of purchase Repair/replacement requests: Contact us at info@bonx.jp with details of the failure. Required documents: Warranty certificate and a document showing the purchase date (receipt, delivery slip, etc.) Please note: We cannot repair or replace the product after the warranty period described on the warranty certificate.
